Minimum Nights:
A 7-night minimum is recommended to fully enjoy the expansive sailing area. Shorter charters may be available upon request.
Sleep Aboard Option
Available at half the daily charter rate. Includes boarding after 4 PM, welcome cocktails, snacks, and continental breakfast. Dinner ashore is additional. Please select this option at booking.
Exclusions: Not available during Christmas and New Year’s weeks. No commission on sleep aboard option.
Full-Board Package
Includes 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 6 dinners, happy hour canapés, a standard ship’s bar, and snacks. Guests must have at least one meal ashore, which is at their own expense. For charters around the Exumas, we recommend dining at Staniel Cay Yacht Club and Xuma – crew can assist with reservations.

Captain Nik Dorward
Nik grew up just outside London, where his early fascination with the culinary world inspired him to train as a professional chef. He gained valuable experience working at some of London’s most renowned restaurants and hotels before his passion shifted towards sailing. Starting with dinghy sailing on lakes and coastal waters in the UK, Nik’s enthusiasm for the sea grew, leading him to warmer climates such as Greece, where he transitioned to larger yachts.
In the Mediterranean, Nik successfully combined his love for hospitality and sailing, working as both a flotilla and charter skipper. This exposed him to diverse yachts and sailing destinations, enriching his expertise. Recently, he returned to the UK to share his knowledge by training new sailors and leading adventure cruises.
Nik’s deep connection with the ocean extends beyond sailing — he’s equally at ease enjoying water sports or exploring hidden coastal gems. Guests can count on him to find the perfect secluded bays for anchoring, setting the stage for unforgettable sunset cocktails and shore excursions.
Chef Lily Davison
Lily’s passion for cooking was sparked from an early age growing up near London, influenced by her family’s chefs and her global travels.
